Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Validation Engineer (VE) Co-op for the Summer/Fall term in Newbury Park, CA. You will support the MSB unit, assist with setting up tests, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve cellular power amplifier modules.

Qualifications

• BSEE with RF and Power amplifier theory emphasis or equivalent.
• Hands-on lab debugging experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of RF concepts: impedance, noise, bandwidth, stability.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests and gather data for compliance matrix with guidance from a senior VE.
• Perform lab testing using RF test equipment and analyze data.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize matching circuits for better module performance.
