Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Technical Training Content Developer to craft advanced training content for RF and digital test applications. This onsite role focuses on creating clear, technically accurate materials for customers and internal teams.

You will partner with product experts and the field delivery team, develop video-friendly content, and leverage AI tools to keep material current and impactful. A BS/MS in EE/EECS is required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or EECS.
• RF engineering principles with hands-on experience with test/measurement equipment.
• Content development for technical training including videos and imagery.
• Experience using AI/ML tools to work with technical content.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training content for RF and digital test applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to obtain updated content.
• Create clear training materials including videos and imagery following company guidelines.
• Work with field training delivery team to gather feedback and improve content.
