Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year direct experience with HFM Learning Products team on Network Analyzers.
• Excellent teamwork, commitment to task, creativity in problem solving.
• Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
• Able to create documentation from design documents and instrument that includes procedures, concept, programming, and SCPI.
• Proficient using authoring tools to create/edit documentation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
• Study product samples and work closely with R&D, Support, and Marketing teams to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.
• Plan, organize, write, format, and occasionally illustrate technical documentation for hardware and software products.
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users' understanding.
• Standardize content across platforms and media.
• Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.
• Revise documents as new issues arise.
• Exercising professional judgement and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, suppliers and all staff across the business
