Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Colorado is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join its AI team within Software & AI Labs. This expert‑level role blends deep Digital Photonics and Aerospace/Defense knowledge with hands‑on AI/ML engineering to drive data generation for model training on real bench hardware.

You will develop and deploy ML models, coordinate with internal teams, and act as a primary customer interface for the AI Development Platform, delivering demonstrations, training, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant, customer‑facing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with T&M equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, AWGs) and test automation (Python, SCPI, PyVISA, IVI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts for instrument control and automated testing across scopes, BERTs, AWGs, and radar setups.
• Lead data‑generation campaigns and produce high‑quality datasets for ML model training.
• Develop, train, and validate ML models for measurement science problems.
• Convert workflows into AI‑driven pipelines and coordinate with ML Engineers.
• Serve as technical advisor and primary customer interface for AI Platform in photonics and A&D engagements.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure customer success.
