CapStone Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Tower Top Hand for the Kent/Seattle area. The role involves climbing towers, configuring telecom gear, and performing RF testing to ensure site readiness. The company emphasizes work‑life harmony, safety, and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely at heights (up to 500')
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to mentor/train others when needed
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings
• Able to lift 75+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, configure and repair telecom equipment at cell sites
• Maintain and install power equipment
• Safely climb towers and structures to install/repair equipment
• Operate RF test equipment and analyze data
• Install outdoor cell site systems and cabling
• Troubleshoot microwave systems and related data
