Job summary

Capstone Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman / Top Hand for the Spokane area. As a locally-owned telecom contractor, we value integrity, safety, and a strong work ethic while supporting career growth.

You will lead crews on tower projects, perform RF testing with Sweep/PIM gear, and ensure on-time, safe site delivery. Overtime and travel may be required; applicants with climbing capabilities and a team spirit are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

2–5 years of construction or telecom experience preferred.
Experience with antenna installation, grounding, and fiber work.
Basic electrical skills and use of power/hand tools.
Valid driver's license with clean MVR and reliable transport.
Physically able to climb tall structures (>300 ft) in all weather.
Able to lift and carry 75+ lbs and work overtime/weekends as needed.
Punctual, reliable, and capable of learning new tasks quickly.
Professional relations with management, coworkers and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
Lead and manage crew members and take direction from managers.
Work well in a team and follow safe work practices.
Assist in building monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting and guyed sites.
Use RF test gear and perform Sweep and PIM testing as required.
Follow proper rigging procedures for all operations.
Own project execution, including scope, safety, schedule and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to OSHA procedures and company policies; contribute to safety culture.
Maintain 100% tie-off when working on towers.

Capstone Solutions is a telecommunications construction company seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman / Top Hand for the greater Spokane area.

Responsibilities

Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
Able to lead and manage crew members / take direction well.

Assist in building various types of communication sites such as monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting, and guyed.
Properly use RF test gear and adequately perform basic Sweep and PIM testing.
Utilize proper procedures for all types of rigging operations.
Accountable and responsible for project execution, including scope, safety, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
Prioritize safety and consistently follow all OSHA procedures, company policies, and participate in safe work practices.
100% tie off when working on towers.

Qualifications

2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred.
Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding.
Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation.
Physically capable of and willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in PNW weather conditions.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
Punctual, reliable, and able to learn and retain new information.
Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with management, co-workers and clients.
Able and willing to travel, work overtime + weekends (occasionally)
