Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, Germany, seeks a Systems Engineer (d/f/m) to develop RF Threat Environment Simulation for EW applications. You will work in an interdisciplinary team within Ground Support Systems, contributing to design, test, and validation across the full development lifecycle.

The role requires a Master’s in Telecommunications or Electronics and at least 5 years in systems engineering, plus knowledge of RF propagation, waveforms, and DOORS/Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF threat simulation and EW concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, test, and validation of RF Threat Environment Simulation systems.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications.
• Support integration, verification, and documentation activities.
