Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of RF testing experience, knowledge of RF circuits, and proficiency in C# and Visual Basic. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent military training; experience considered.
• 6+ years of RF test experience in design characterization, board design or production.
• Working knowledge of RF circuits and parameters (gain, current, power, noise figure, linearity).
• Proficiency in automated RF test systems and understanding of test equipment operation.
• Proficiency in C# and Visual Basic programming languages.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital logic to control some interfaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Characterize RF power amplifier modules using signal generators, spectrum analyzers and VNA.
• Manage a workload of lab requests in coordination with technicians and engineers.
• Document test procedures and results.
• Configure test setups for various RF methods under guidance.
• Support design and characterization engineers with measurements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain automated test systems.
• Assemble and modify microelectronic devices under a microscope.
