Job summary

Landrum Workforce Solutions is hiring an RF Test Technician in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role involves building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic and RF systems in a production setting.

You will work with RF circuitry (UHF to C-Band), use advanced test equipment, and collaborate with engineering to develop procedures. Schedule is 7AM-5PM; overtime may be required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a test technician.
• Strong knowledge of digital and RF circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Proficiency with advanced test equipment and safe operation practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and RF systems and sub-assemblies.
• Test RF circuits in UHF/L-Band/S-Band/C-Band receivers and transmitters.
• Calibrate test equipment and test stations; keep them calibrated.
• Support production and engineering with test procedures and policies.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and coordinate with engineering.
