Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the Naval Research Laboratory, Tactical Electronic Warfare Division. This role focuses on testing, analysis, and validation of RF radio systems within EW missions, and on maintaining the on-site anechoic chamber.

You will develop test plans, collect data, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting results for performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field.
• 2+ years with RF systems, test equipment, and anechoic chamber operations.
• Strong RF principles, signal processing, and electromagnetic theory.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, analysis, and validation of RF radio systems in support of EW missions.
• Operate and maintain the on-site anechoic chamber and test equipment.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and procedures.
• Collect and analyze test data to support system performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Document test results and maintain detailed records of all activities.
• Support the integration of new technologies and systems into the TEWD test environment.
