Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) seeks an Engineering Technician to support the Naval Research Laboratory's Tactical Electronic Warfare Division. You will perform RF testing, maintain the on-site anechoic chamber, and assist with precision electromechanical assembly and cable fabrication.

Strong documentation and SOP adherence are required. The role requires experience with RF components, SOPs, and lab instrumentation, with clearance to work in a sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or equivalent plus two years' experience required.
• Experience testing and analyzing RF components and radio systems.
• Experience operating anechoic chambers and RF measurement equipment.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs, test plans, and maintain detailed test records.
• Experience with cable fabrication and mechanical assembly.
• Experience assembling precision electromechanical assemblies and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Chamber RF testing and maintain the on-site anechoic chamber per SOPs.
• Perform electromechanical assembly and cable fabrication; debug systems.
• Follow testing workflows and safety guidelines under SOPs and test plans.
• Record test data, calibration logs, and non-conformance reports accurately.
• Assist in updating SOPs and test methodologies to improve repeatability.
