RTX is seeking a full-time RF Test Systems Engineer II to be located onsite in McKinney, TX, supporting STaRS Test Automation. The role focuses on test equipment development, hardware/software integration, and production test solutions for RF modules and subassemblies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment, analyze data, and drive efficient test processes while ensuring readiness for security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Typically requires minimum of 1 year experience with emphasis in Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience.
• Requires experience in both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and/or maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required after day one. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time RF Test Systems Engineer II located onsite in McKinney, TX supporting Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) Test Automation.

The Test Automation Department (TAD) is responsible for the design and development of test equipment, hardware and software for a wide range of products and customers.

The STaRS Test Automation section within TAD is a growing and highly motivated team who consistently provides quality on-time on-cost solutions to support external and internal customers seeking innovative and economical solutions for their product lines.

The section also supports change incorporation and obsolescence redesign efforts of various legacy systems in direct support of production capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Experience communicating with the ability to present test findings clearly to engineering and leadership
