Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or related STEM field with 4+ years of industry experience.
• Master’s degree in the same fields with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Ph.D. in the same fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead test technology and process solutions for new product designs and manufacturing scalability.
• Optimize manufacturing techniques, including material selection, equipment metrology, and parameter refinement.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes and repair methodologies, including reverse engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize production testing strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process compatibility across upstream and downstream manufacturing operations.
• Engage with equipment and materials suppliers to develop enabling technologies that support Intel's roadmap.
• Drive process and equipment improvements to enhance performance, yield, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control.
• Provide calibration for power delivery, enabling power and performance binning.
• Perform ATE and bench device characterization
