Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Radio Frequency Test Process Engineer to join the STTD team within Intel’s Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced RF test and manufacturing solutions to support next‑gen silicon, collaborating across customers and suppliers to deliver high‑impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 4+ years of industry experience OR Master’s with 3+ years OR Ph.D.
• Working knowledge of RF lab equipment including mixed-signal, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, and TDRs
• 2+ years in ATE testing, IC Test, or manufacturing process improvement/excursion management

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead test technology and process solutions for new product designs and manufacturing scalability
• Optimize manufacturing techniques, including material selection, equipment metrology, and parameter refinement
• Design and implement sophisticated manufacturing processes and repair methodologies, including reverse engineering solutions
• Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize production testing strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process compatibility across upstream and downstream manufacturing operations
• Engage with equipment and materials suppliers to develop enabling technologies that support Intel’s roadmap
• Drive process and equipment improvements to enhance performance, yield, efficiency, and manufacturability
• Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control
• Provide calibration for power delivery, enabling power and performance binning
• Perform ATE and bench device characterization
