Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead the Product service TE team at Rochester, NY, guiding test engineering efforts and coordinating across TE facilities. The role demands strategic planning, process optimization, and strong leadership of engineers and technicians.

Located in Rochester, NY with a 9/80 schedule, the position emphasizes development of capital/assets, cost control, and collaboration with international depots to deliver high-quality test

Qualifications

• Experienced Test Engineering professional with practical knowledge of project management.
• Understanding of Harris RF New and Legacy products.
• Experience with Automated Test Systems; LabVIEW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a TE group including capacity, yields, test quality and change requests.
• Assist international L3Harris Depots with test solutions.
• Manage multiple Test Engineering teams and maintain complex RF/analog/digital test infrastructure.
• Create yearly plans for capital, expense and headcount.
• Guide projects across the TE Support group aligning with segment goals.
• Identify improvements to drive test time reductions and yield enhancements.
