Job summary

TRM seeks a Test Engineer to perform environmental testing on RF/Microwave components and assemblies, and to develop test procedures that support production and development engineering.

You will coordinate tests at TRM and with outside vendors, identify procedures and equipment, and participate in Test Readiness Reviews for new products. A Bachelor degree and hands-on testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or related job experience is required.
• Experience as a Test Engineer is preferred.
• Proficiency with RF testing equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental testing on RF/Microwave components and assemblies.
• Coordinate testing at TRM and with outside vendors to meet schedules.
• Identify appropriate test procedures and equipment for in-house and outsourced testing.
• Participate in TRR meetings for new products and test readiness.
• Communicate test timelines and costs to sales and program managers.
• Collaborate with Production to address testing challenges and yield improvements.
• Provide data to support continuous improvement in processes and tooling.
