Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an RF Test Electronics Engineer to join the Mission Systems Sector Test Engineering team. This 1st shift role focuses on antenna test equipment design, software-driven test automation, and collaboration with design engineers to improve hardware and test methods.

The position requires an Electrical Engineering degree with RF/test experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active SAP clearance. Salary and benefits are provided with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline.
• Experience with electrical/RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Professional software development experience using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB.
• U.S. citizenship and current Active Secret Clearance with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Design antenna test equipment for factory phased array testing.
• Integrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Develop test software and equipment for phased array testing.
• Automate test processes and data analysis with software.
• Troubleshoot RF issues during advanced antenna testing and support technicians.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and issues.
