Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required to start; SAP clearance possible.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design antenna test equipment for factory phased array testing.
• Integrate new equipment and programs in a modern facility.
• Test software and equipment related to phased array testing.
• Develop software to automate test processes and analyze data.
• Troubleshoot RF issues during antenna system tests.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and training.
• Analyze test data to identify early trends and root causes.
• Contribute to meetings on corrective actions and design improvements.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve hardware and test methods.
• Maintain focus on cost, schedule, and quality.
