TechDoQuest is seeking a highly skilled RF Test Engineer to drive OTA testing in advanced anechoic chambers in Fremont, CA. You will perform comprehensive radiated measurements and validate GNSS OTA sensitivity while maintaining strict logs of chamber calibration and test configurations.

The role requires 2–5+ years of RF lab OTA testing experience, strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE-A, Wi‑Fi 7/6E, Bluetooth, and UWB protocols, and proficient Python scripting for data parsing and instrument control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; 2–5+ years direct RF lab OTA testing experience.
• Experience executing OTA measurements and familiar with chamber validation logs.
• Knowledge of CTIA/3GPP test standards and regulatory submissions processes.

Responsabilités

• Configure, calibrate, and operate multi-axis OTA anechoic test chambers across FR1 and FR2 frequency ranges.
• Perform radiated measurements including TRP, TIS, EIRP, EIS, and MIMO OTA throughput testing.
• Validate satellite positioning performance via A-GNSS OTA sensitivity evaluations.
• Maintain chamber verification logs and routine range calibrations for repeatability and accuracy.
• Interface with TCBs and project managers to package validation data for regulatory submissions (FCC, CE, ISED).
