Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Test Engineer to support engineering and manufacturing with efficient test solutions. You will design RF architectures, fixtures, and test benches, and collaborate with engineers to improve testing processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on RF systems, LabVIEW-based automation, and development of automated test solutions for development and production testing. Strong communication and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSEET from an accredited college with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF based systems.
• Experience with RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators.
• Must be a US Person (US citizen or green card holder).
• Ability to read schematics.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design RF architectures including test fixtures, racks, and test benches.
• Review and optimize current testing processes with engineers and technicians.
• Support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for engineering and production.
• Develop automated solutions to support development and production testing using LabVIEW.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and test instructions and document results.
• Support DVT and Qualification activities as required.
