Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Test Engineer to design RF test architectures and automate testing. You will work with engineering and manufacturing to improve test processes, develop automated LabVIEW solutions, and document results.

Experience with RF equipment and schematics is essential; MIL-STD knowledge is a plus. The role requires 5+ years of RF testing experience, a BSEE/BSEET, and the ability to work independently within a cross-functional team in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• US Person status required (US citizen or permanent resident).
• 5+ years of relevant RF test engineering experience.
• Experience with RF test equipment and MIL-STD/RTCA/DO-160 standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design RF architectures including test fixtures, racks, and benches.
• Review and optimize testing processes with engineers and technicians.
• Support ATE standardization for engineering and production.
• Develop automated test solutions using LabVIEW.
• Perform testing, data collection, and analysis; document findings.
• Support DVT and qualification activities as required.
