Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.1; transcripts may be requested.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in engineering.
• Foundational electronics, RF/microwave concepts, or board-level hardware knowledge.
• Experience with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
• Coursework or projects in Python, C#, Java or similar.
• Ability to read schematics, datasheets and requirements.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Quickly learn new tools, technologies, or concepts.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of RF test procedures based on product requirements and engineering specifications.
• Perform RF measurements using lab and production test equipment and document results with accuracy and traceability.
• Assist in assembling, validating, and supporting RF test automation hardware and software for engineering development and production use.
• Contribute to test automation scripting for instrument control, data collection, storage, and processing.
• Document test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional engineering teams for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Help maintain and improve existing RF test systems, fixtures, switch matrices, and automation tools.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by transferring test methods to production, including documentation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with RF, digital, and manufacturing engineers to support products from development through production.
