Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program (REP) in Oxnard, CA, starting July 2027. You will work in a cross-functional team of engineers to develop cutting-edge RF/Microwave technologies, with mentorship from multiple disciplines and opportunities to rotate through diverse engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering with RF/Microwave focus.
• Minimum GPA 3.1; transcripts may be requested.
• Co-op or internship experience.
• Solid RF fundamentals and Microwave design knowledge.
• Experience with RF simulation tools (AWR, ADS, HFSS).
• Ability to present technical info to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative via projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Provide RF and Microwave engineering support for existing products.
• Test and evaluate RF components and modules to meet specs.
• Generate and maintain BOMs for RF products and assemblies.
• Design/test fixtures for RF characterization.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve performance and processes.
• Participate in programs aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
• Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills.
