Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering with RF/Microwave focus.
• GPA minimum of 3.1; transcripts required.
• Prior Co-Op or internship experience.
• Solid understanding of RF circuit fundamentals, Microwave amplifier design, and transmission lines.
• Experience with RF simulation tools such as AWR, ADS, HFSS, or equivalents.
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects or internships.

Aufgaben

• Provide RF and Microwave engineering support for existing products while collaborating with senior engineers.
• Test and evaluate RF components and modules to ensure performance meets design specs.
• Generate and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for RF products and assemblies.
• Design and support development of test fixtures for RF characterization.
• Contribute innovative ideas and state-of-the-art thinking to improve business performance.
• Rotate through programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy.
• Support creation and maintenance of technical design documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Mercury's best practices.
