Advanced Technology Search is seeking a Program/Supply Chain Manager for a client designing RFICs and hardware for Satcom, Defense, and 5G/6G. You will oversee end-to-end execution of complex RFIC and hardware development programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role in the Philadelphia area; candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders and bring 3–5+ years of RF experience to the team.

Our client is designing cutting edge RF/mmWave phased array and beamforming ICs for Satcom, Defense, and 5G/6G applications. They are looking for a Program/Supply Chain Manager who has solid communication skills and knows either the IC or hardware fabrication flow.

• This person will manage the end-to-end execution of complex RFIC and hardware development programs.
• Qualified candidates MUST be Green Card holders or US citizen and have 3-5+ years of professional RF experience.

****This is a hybrid role where you will be able to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
