Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced RF System Test Engineer to validate next-generation RF systems for the US Intelligence Community and Defense Community. You will design, execute, and automate comprehensive test strategies using vendor SDRs to observe system performance against strict requirements.

You will perform end-to-end validation, HWIL and field testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects. A 5+ year background in I&T and TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in system integration and testing within defense/intelligence communities, focusing on RF environments.
• Experience configuring and testing systems with broad vendor SDR architectures (Ettus, NI USRP, Epiq Solutions).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Systems Engineering or related technology field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and reports for RF and SIGINT/EA/Geolocation systems.
• Validate performance across diverse environments and platforms, including space-like tests.
• Integrate SDR platforms with RF test equipment to simulate multi-emitter RF environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (Python or MATLAB).
• Establish and execute HWIL, lab-bench, and chamber testing to isolate issues.
• Lead or support government acceptance testing and field deployments.
