The Opportunity

CACI is Seeking an RF Systems Technician with a background in RF Systems, Antennas, Communications, Aerospace, and Defense. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology supporting critical Space Force missions. You will have involvement in the full lifecycle of antenna systems, from design to test to global deployment while contributing to enhancing national security through advanced SIGINT capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Engineering team on the verification, assembly, integration, and acceptance of RF Systems
  • Participate in on-site system installations, providing hands-on assistance during deployment
  • Participate in factory and site acceptance testing to ensure system quality and performance
  • Assists with packaging and shipping assets to CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Assists in performing partial or full inventories and participates in audits and reconciliations
  • Assists with processing all equipment that is required to be excessed and/or disposed of according to all-established regulations
  • Ability to prepare required Government forms, manifests, bills of lading, and package contents for shipping, receiving, and transferring equipment within sites or from/to other entities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's degree (2-year program) in electronics, telecommunications, or engineering technology. Or relevant military experience
  • 10+ years of experience with RF systems, antenna systems, satellite communications, telecommunications, or defense
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint)
  • Have or be able to obtain a forklift license
  • Have or be able to obtain HAZMAT certification
  • Must be able/willing to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Must have Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance

Desired

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year program) in electronics, telecommunications, or engineering technology. Or relevant military experience
  • Experience using electronics/RF test equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, Fiber Optic Tester
  • Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly and installation tasks
  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and tools (e.g., 3D printing, CNC, Sheet Metal)
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small technical teams

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$71,500 - $150,200
