Job summary

Northrop Grumman Missions Systems is seeking experienced RF engineers in antennas, electromagnetics, RF/microwave design, and related areas. The qualified candidate will work with a diverse team to develop innovative systems across the program lifecycle and communicate technical approaches clearly.

This 2nd shift role from 1 PM to 8:59 PM includes a 10% differential; Relocation assistance may be available. U.S. Citizenship and an active Government Secret clearance are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; 2+ years RF experience.
• Proven problem solving in RF/Microwave design and test.
• Experience testing/troubleshooting RF hardware/subsystems.
• Ability to communicate technical approaches clearly.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot Line Replacement Unit (LRU) and Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) of RF architecture.
• Support performance testing and requirements verification.
• Perform subsystem analysis from RF to digits; assist data-driven threshold adjustments.
• Create or adapt test tools using MATLAB, Python, etc.
