Innova Solutions is seeking an RF Systems Engineer for El Segundo, CA, on a full-time contract (12+ months). You will design and develop RF and digital satellite systems, verify multi-rate DSP algorithms, and support payload integration and HDL verification.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital communications theory, 3+ years with Matlab/Simulink, and 3+ years in systems engineering, with 1+ year FPGA/ASIC exposure. Pay ranges $85–$90/hour, with comprehensive benefits and W-2 engagement.

• Experience in DSP / Digital communications algorithms and techniques.
• 3+ years with Matlab or Simulink.
• 5+ years in core digital communications and signal processing theory.
• 3+ years in systems engineering (requirements, allocation, verification, architecture).
• 1+ year with FPGAs or ASICs.

Mansioni

• Designing and developing next generation RF and digital satellite communication systems.
• Developing and verifying multi-rate, fixed-point signal processing algorithms.
• Conducting performance analysis of signal processing models.
• Performing waveform development and characterization.
• Supporting integration and test of payloads and spacecraft from unit level through in-orbit operations.
