Raytheon Technologies Corporation is seeking Radar Systems Engineers to join the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Mission Area. You will help define system architecture, verify requirements, and perform modeling and analysis across the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Master's in STEM and RF fundamentals experience, plus MATLAB and C++/Python skills. Onsite in El Segundo with competitive benefits and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience with RF fundamentals (link budget, noise figure, bandwidth).
• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators).
• Proficiency in MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and develop and verify requirements.
• Perform modeling and data analysis using MATLAB and Python.
• Support integration, testing, and flight activities.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
• Participate in hardware/software integration, troubleshooting, and lab testing.
• Support verification, validation, flight test, production, and post‑deployment activities.
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
