Zusammenfassung

MediaTek is seeking a customer-facing Radio System Engineer to own RF performance across the product lifecycle—from planning through field trials. You will study DoE experiments, analyze results, and drive debugging for RF, software, and regulatory issues in 4G/5G and Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth radios.

The ideal candidate has hands-on RF experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication to support validation teams and customers globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in RF/radio system engineering.
• Experience with 4G/5G cellular and/or Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth radio systems.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment and conformance testing standards (3GPP/IEEE).

Aufgaben

• Own RF performance across the full product lifecycle from planning to field trials.
• Design, coordinate, and conduct DoE experiments for issue analysis and verification.
• Troubleshoot RF measurement setups and lead debugging to verified closure.
• Collaborate with validation, algorithm, and software teams to ensure conformance and performance targets.
• Coordinate with regulatory teams (FCC/CE) for regional requirements.
