Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and testing mechanical assemblies and/or thermal management systems.
• Proficient with SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings.
• GD&T knowledge and QA mindset for tolerance analysis and interfaces.
• Experience with FEA tools such as Ansys or COMSOL.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, integrate, and test mechanical and thermal assemblies to meet requirements.
• Perform CAD and electronics/SPICE simulations for RF subsystems.
• Create specifications, drawings, tolerances, and interface control docs with GD&T.
• Integrate and validate system hardware in a lab environment.
• Contribute to software to monitor RF subsystems and support reviews.
