Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking a skilled RF Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize RF systems across wireless, radar, and satellite applications. You will model, select components, and validate performance through rigorous testing, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability.

Candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/RF Engineering is required; Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in RF design, simulation, and testing.
• Familiarity with RF measurement equipment and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• RF System Design: develop RF systems and components.
• Simulation and Modeling: model RF systems using software.
• Component Selection: choose amplifiers, filters, antennas, transceivers.
• Testing and Measurement: plan and perform RF tests and characterization.
• Integration: work with cross-functional teams to integrate systems.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with RF standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting: resolve RF issues in lab and field.
• Prototype Development: assist in prototyping and proofs-of-concept.
