Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems in Palo Alto, California is seeking an RF Communication Systems Engineer to help develop, integrate, and test the RF payload subsystem throughout the program lifecycle. You will assist in defining test requirements, executing RF tests, and evaluating payload performance against design specs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role provides hands-on payload integration experience and exposure to a structured engineering environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 2+ years of RF engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze test requirements and specifications for RF payload subsystem.
• Create RF system test procedures and perform routine RF analysis.
• Prepare engineering documentation for review by senior engineers.
• Support system integration trade studies and analytical tasks under guidance.
• Identify technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist in spacecraft integration and RF payload testing and troubleshooting.
