Key duties include diagnosing, repairing, and documenting service activity, mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related field.
• 0+ years of experience servicing RF products or related electronics.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment and diagnosing complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug RF products.
• In-house servicing and repair of RF products.
• Analyze and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records, test results, and reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
