Job summary

Advanced Technology Search is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for the SF Bay Area. You will oversee logistics, procurement and planning across RF/microwave components, housings, PCBs and more.

A strong background in engineering-based supply chains and leadership of multiple teams is required. The role emphasizes ERP proficiency, long-term planning, and strategic risk management in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial, or related field.
• 10+ years in RF/Microwave manufacturing covering full product-life cycle of supply chain.
• 5+ years of people management in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Experience with ERP and AI-enabled forecasting/tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 groups and up to 20 reports in Logistics, Procurement and Planning.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain for RF/Microwave components and modules.
• Drive forecast accuracy, capacity planning and risk visibility.

Job description

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of RF/Microwave/mm-Wave MMICs and Modules.

They are looking for a Director of Supply Chain. This person will oversee 3 groups and up to 20 reports involved in Logistics, Procurement, and Planning for incoming RF/Microwave components, mechanical housings, PCBs, connectors, waveguides, and more.

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial, or a related field and have 10+ years of experience in an RF/Microwave Manufacturing environment responsible for the full product life cycle of Supply Chain.
• We are looking for an additional 5+ years of someone who has managed others in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience with ERP.
• Would like to see someone who has also utilized AI-enabled tools in support of forecasting, planning, and risk visibility.

Must be Green Card holder or better – ITAR facility. Role is located in the SF Bay Area, CA.
