Job summary

Advanced Technology Search is assisting a leading RF components and test equipment manufacturer in finding a Business Unit Leader for its RF test systems product lines in New York, NY. The role oversees a ~90M business and reports directly to the CEO, guiding strategy, development, and market execution.

You will manage a ~20-person team across product development, marketing, and manufacturing, driving revenue growth and profitability while delivering customer-focused test solutions.

Qualifications

• We need someone who can understand customer's RF Test needs and drive development of custom test solutions.
• Should have a BSEE or higher degree and 10-20+ years of RF industry experience in product/BU management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of about 20, including Manager and Director reports.
• Responsible for business capture, marketing, product development and manufacture.
• In charge of revenue growth and profitability.
• Position reports to the CEO.
