Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Senior Section Lead – RF Production Test in our semiconductor foundry. The role directs a team performing DC and RF in-process testing on MMICs in our on-site fab, with focus on yields, schedules, costs, and capital investments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in semiconductor testing (DC/RF) and can obtain a U.S. security clearance. On-site leadership with responsibility for up to ~20 employees in Andover, MA.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in semiconductor testing, including both DC and RF.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the DC and RF production test areas in the semiconductor foundry.
• Identify and champion improvement opportunities, drive yields, and interface with operations management.
• Review and oversee project schedules and costs; drive capital acquisition and qualification.
• Facilitate allocation of team resources and assist in identifying future capital investment needs.
• Collaborate with the department manager on manpower planning, overhead control, and performance reviews; develop/review proposals.
• Support management at department, directorate, and functional leadership levels.
