Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to join a focused team that develops and qualifies new RF/WiFi products while maintaining the current portfolio.

You will drive innovation and apply rigorous statistical methods in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with multiple teams across design, test, process and reliability to ensure quality and manufacturability. You will lead New Product Development deliverables, support production testing, and perform data-driven analyses to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience or an equivalent amount of education in semiconductor environment, preferably wireless RF.
• Understanding of IC reliability and qualification methods.
• Use and documentation of disciplined problem-solving techniques such as 8D or 5-Whys.
• Experience in statistical methods, database interfaces, statistical software and data automation tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, Spotfire, JMP, Excel).
• Understanding of RF/Microwave theory and semiconductor physics.

Responsabilités

• Become proficient with MMWave Silicon IC Beamformers and Frequency Converters.
• Drive and own Product Engineering deliverables for New Product Development.
• Data-driven decision making based on timely data analysis.
• Provide detailed analyses for major design revisions during prototypes and communicate findings.
• Practice continuous improvement and yield optimization by tracking wafer foundry parameters.
• Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing of wafers.
• Analyze products to ensure manufacturability and data sheet compliance.
• Support Test Engineering to debug, validate and release production test hardware/software.
