Job summary

Spectrum Control in Fairview, PA is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements for RF and other high‑reliability electronic assemblies. You will provide hands‑on manufacturing support and lead data‑driven problem solving on the shop floor.

You will establish process controls, support new product introductions, perform root‑cause analysis, and advance continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across the production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with electronics, RF or microwave products, or high-rel manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with quality systems and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, validate, and improve manufacturing and inspection processes for RF and other high-reliability electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to optimize methods, tooling, equipment, materials, and workflows.
• Provide production-floor support by interpreting drawings, specifications, travelers, and test plans; resolve constraints.
