Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a Process Engineer to link Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to develop and improve production processes for RF and high‑reliability electronics. You will provide hands‑on floor support, establish robust process controls, and drive data‑driven problem solving to ensure quality and reliability.

You will work across Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to evaluate methods, tooling, and workflows, set critical parameters, and lead or support corrective actions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related engineering.
• 3–5 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in electronics/high‑reliability environments.
• Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and structured corrective actions.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and military specifications; ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Minitab; strong math and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve RF and high‑reliability electronic assembly processes.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations on methods, tooling, and workflows.
• Provide on‑the‑floor support clarifying process requirements and resolving constraints.
• Establish control plans and use SPC and capability analysis to verify stability.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction and transitions to production.
