Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Saint George, UT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will use RF scanners, pick lists, and established processes to maintain accuracy and meet daily production goals while working safely on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in order picking, warehouse picker, or fulfillment roles.
• RF scanner experience.
• Warehouse experience with strong inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Strong attendance and a safety mindset; comfortable walking and standing for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and/or order documentation
• Use RF scanners to locate items, confirm quantities, and support efficient fulfillment
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following established processes and quality checks
• Work in a distribution center environment with a focus on meeting daily pick metrics
• Stay productive while working safely, including walking and standing for extended periods
