Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Picker Packer for a fast-paced distribution environment in St George, UT. You will pick customer orders, stage inventory, and scan items to ensure accuracy while moving stock safely through the warehouse.

The role emphasizes productivity and inventory control in a team setting. Starting pay is $19.40/hr with a raise to $19.90/hr after 90 days, with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in order picking in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with RF scanners and following scanning/accuracy procedures.
• Experience with pick/pack or fulfillment processes and inventory accuracy practices.
• Comfort working at height and meeting productivity standards.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and warehouse processes.
• Stage and prepare inventory for next steps in the fulfillment workflow.
• Scan items using an RF scanner to support inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Move inventory safely within the distribution center to keep product flowing.
• Work toward daily productivity goals in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
