Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate to support daily operations in our Gap, PA facility. You will use RF scanners to record locations, operate forklifts or cherry pickers, and move freight across our network.

You should be reliable, with 18+ years of age, and able to read and follow instructions to meet productivity and quality goals. Training and equipment are provided for safe operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Background with forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus.
• Comfort using department technology (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens).

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner to record and locate products throughout the building.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) with coordinated, precise movements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and communicate progress.
• Follow standardized work and quality procedures.
• Own your tasks from start to finish and follow up as needed.
