The Jay Group is hiring Forklift Operators at our Mountville and Hempland facilities in Lancaster, PA. Immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts. Choose the schedule that fits your life and join a safety‑driven, team‑oriented warehouse.

You will move materials, operate forklifts and RF scanners, load and unload goods, and help maintain accurate inventory. Prior RF scanning experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 6 months related experience or training.
• Previous RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Drug screen required upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Read work orders and use RF scanners to locate materials.
• Load/unload materials and secure loads for transport.
• Maintain safety inspections and logs.
• Move between facility locations as needed.
