Job summary

The Quality Assurance Bench Technician at Troll Systems Corporation will calibrate, test, tune, and validate products to ensure results meet specifications. This role emphasizes hands-on hardware testing of RF components and related assemblies in a non-IT setting.

The candidate will read schematics, troubleshoot PCB assemblies, operate a wide range of test equipment, document non-conformances, and assist in ensuring compliance with IPC standards. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or AS in Electronics Technology with related experience.
• Experience in aerospace electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC 610/620 standards preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder for ITAR access.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, test, tune, and validate products to specifications.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component level.
• Operate RF test equipment and measure power amplifier characteristics.
• Write Non-Conformance Reports and Engineering Change Requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ATPs.
