Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Dallas, TX. You will read and follow work orders, locate items, and prepare shipments with RF scanning while ensuring accuracy and quality. You’ll inspect for damages, document issues, and help keep the warehouse clean and organized at the end of the shift.

The role requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work in cold and warm environments, and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading pallet IDs and scanning items.
• Follow instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and work in varied temperatures.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Locate requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking; inspect items for damages.
• Document damages and report to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials with RF scanning to verify counts.
• Notify leadership of issues and assist with resolution.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse at shift end.
