Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and principles.
• Interest in RF/microwave and analog circuit design and measurement.
• Interest in semiconductor device physics and IC design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RD of advanced analog and RF ICs for wireless applications.
• Perform circuit simulations and lab testing of circuits; present design results.
• Assist in new product engineering and design activities.
• Assist in new product testing and characterization, tuning, and microsurgery.
• Support senior engineers with project assignments.
• Complete a silicon, GaAs, or GaN IC design project.
