Qualifications

• 8+ years in cellular device engineering with hands-on work at RF and module layers.
• Shipped at least one cellular product through full carrier certification.
• Strong antenna and RF fundamentals.
• Fluency with cellular technology LTE-M/NB-IoT/Cat-1.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own module design/selection and second-sourcing decisions across platforms.
• Drive carrier certification and network approvals globally.
• Debug field connectivity issues.
• Optimize module power consumption to meet battery life targets.
• Partner with other teams throughout development to ensure performance and quality.
• Work directly with vendors and our CMs on test coverage and production yield.
