Job summary

RTX is seeking a Product Manager for the RF Components wafer foundry to manage a portfolio of chipsets for internal programs. You will work with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to create production schedules, manage delivery, and analyze cost and schedule impacts.

You will collaborate with engineering to monitor yield, identify risks, and influence future estimates and proposals. You will serve as the primary contact between the RFC wafer foundry and internal program offices, communicating

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant roles, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility required for access to program information.
• Experience with Manufacturing Requirements Planning systems (e.g., SAP).
• Program/Project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and cross-level interfacing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to bridge operations, production control, engineering, supply chain, and customer relations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to translate actions into broad business impact.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program requirements and manage execution.
• Provide status on program performance, WIP, delivery commitments, and production risks.
• Develop and publish quarterly Estimate at Completion budgets and variance analyses.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional groups and communicate material status and risks.
• Lead proposal teams to develop bid packages and approvals.
• Operate effectively in a results-driven environment.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
